there you can just rightclick on porträt and exit bg. since itis a serverbg you wont even be marked as traitor. doesnt always work tough. but was often a good solution, before death back to dala and right back to battle (faster ready and no points offered)

Lolz im a lvl 79 worgen mage 2800 sp or more and can crit a 21k and in pvp i can 2 hit people with a 10-16k crit then arcane barrage for a 5-10k crit the left sides are with resil and to the right is without. No berserking!!!!! Rrrrrroooooaaaarrrr!!!

@ukshabz he uses "MoveAnything" for the unit frames, as for cooldown addon the best is "OmniCC" it can show mins and seconds 0:00, for the action bars you can use "Dominos" which you can hide your keybinds or make invisible action bars and very small, so you can use spells that you don't see at your action bars (example, hide all basic spells which have not cds and put an action bar with all cd abilities, cd: cooldown)
