My opinion on the matter: COD is just your average shooter i don't understand why people like it, GOLDENEYE for the nintendo 64 was the pioneer for all other FPS i agree, want to know what could be done to revolutionuse FPS? grab the good parts of aliens vs. predator 2010 the fighting system add a decent shooting mechaniques, want iron sight put it it i don't care about it cause i'd play it for the fighting, and there you have it a first person fighter/shooter. if want to add aliens even better.

Goldeneye 007 Wii has great graphics. If you think the graphics suck, you are cleary smoking the ganja. Look back at games that came out 2-3 years ago. The improvement has been great. Just cause COD and Halo wanna use next gen graphics, doesnt mean the Wii has too. They have better things to worry about.

Nintendo funds for the creators of games. They do not indivifdally make their own games. If so, each game would come out about 6 months apart.

Activision was funded by Nintendo to make a Wii Exclusive version of Goldeneye. They cannot turn around and remake the game for the Xbox or PS3.

Also, to clear the air.. Fact: Online Play System was made by same people who setup online play for COD. Thats why they are similar.

as for some who is going into the gaming industry i must say this game looks really good for the wii. there is a reason why the wii has no reason to come out with some new hardware like the move or kinect. For everyone saying it looks like an N64/ PS1 port, I urge you to go back and look at games on those consoles. This is far nicer looking and smoother. I played on the N64 version a week ago and for one think the 60fps makes it 100% better let alone the improved graphics.

Multiplayer gameplay looks more concentrated in smaller environments which possibly means less tactical mine placing..? Still, I'll be buying this for sure. :)
