Get rid of the 1200 and send the 660 and the 900 to the U.S.....Till then still dreaming for real deal adventure bike. I'd buy the 900 today..as long as the price wasn't over inflated due to a false fade and had the real deal shocks brakes motor and controls. Don't make to were you have to spend another 5,000 -7,000 grand more to make it work in conditions its advertised to work in.

To rally we are talking about at least 100 to 120 kilos less, reduce capacity more than doubled (up to 650cc or 450cc), change the configuration of the chassis completely (higher).
In short friends, this bike will never run a Dakar, to review the lighter bikes used in the latest edition.

@Wolfpayne15 : I actually drive a 750er Super Ténéré, i think there is no relevant difference for handling to the new XT1200Z, more power, thats the bigest difference, the XT1200Z will be perfect for your size and weight (I'm 1.89 & 85Kg, its perfect for me...)
