Not only is the shading wrong but the whole abomination of a sprite just looks wrong because you used premade shit. If you do your own this doesn't happen. Your as bad as ppl who use go animate. Well, you made the body really dithered, the colour's arn't smooth.

So it doesn't blend in well.

The body looks rather pixilated, maybe you tried giving it more the reptile look ?
