This is one of the best yoga videos I have seen on youtube. The video is a little dark but the flow and concept are definitely there. It's simple, doable and no ego bursting through your video. Way to go ladies!!! Keep it going!!!
In the beginning we start with the hands in Prayer position/ Anjali mudra, the side plank variation, lunges and half lotus forward bends our hands are in Jnana mudra, before the end our hands are in Matangi Mudra then finishing in Anjali mudra.

beautiful harmony ladies, thank you... very expansive... reminds me a bit of days spent in the judo dojo and boxing ring... two bodies flowing together... at a certain point duality collapses... form becomes formlessness...
Two people sitting together cross-legged, body and arms relaxed, eyes together... totally open... merging........... isn't this the great gift duality affords?
