dude real Christian churches dont use altars trust me. the communion is not pagan though lol thats a bit of a stretch. the roman catholic church is super pagan! not even christian they worship pagan gods cleverly given christian story names.real Christian churches don't even need a building the definition of the hebrew church in bible just is about the people no building. many false teachers and leaders have entered "the church" but don't mean they are real Christians. hope this helps. much love
@Mryousonastyful define real christian. because almost every church i have ever attended uses an altar of some sort. be it Roman Catholic Anglican, Protestant, Baptist or most of the different servicesi have attended out of curiousity. though i do realise there are churches that dont use altars as well, not seen one in a free church as far as i'm aware :)
@TheBlondDaemon well i mean for example, anyone who says "youre going to hell" or treats you like youre below them because they think they are right. NOT Christians. the bible talks about how many people will say in the last day (judgement day) Lord Lord did we not work in thy name, and he will say depart from me i did not know you. that speaks volumes to me. you know Jesus preached that you must obey his fathers will and accept him, you cant just punch your ticket and go on living in sin.
@TheBlondDaemon umm now about the altars. even moses in the days on exodus had an altar, but they question is what makes the altar pagan. pagan altars if you look them up have candles and a pentagram. obviously if the church you attend has those run for the door lol. we dont need altars though and what you see covered in a cloth might be just a table. churches that dont use altars: church of Christ, i believe 7th day advents, and many more. hope this helps, if not ask asmany questions as youneed
