I am the same.I have always been this way since about 5,now 40,Back in the 70's the doctor said it was a sugar problem,Oprah said it was OCD when I was 19.I almost fell on the floor crying that I was not insane.People used to catch me doing random rituals.I quit rituals when my son was born so he would not pick up the behavior,but thoughts never go away.I hate the dirty gruesome thoughts.Iam so bad I carry guilt for other peoples actions.Even tv shows can be a problem.Good luck fellow sufferer.
yea but i have had ocd for a while then just found out it is related to lyme disease and PANDAS, send me a message if you would like more info id love to help
have you ever been checked for PANADAS, or lyme disease both can cause ocd and intrusive thoughts and a number of psychiatric disorders i would look into it
@MrMyeah1 Well, I have always had OCD. And there are many things that could cause it, but they still really dont know why some get it and others dont. Thank you though, I will look them up.
