to tell you the truth don't ask me why but Latin Americans know more about these Tatsunoko show way more than north Americans i grew up with most of this shows. maybe they get dubble in Spanish before in English. I wish this game gets to the west

Because of copyright issues involving dubbing. An example with Jump Ultimate/Super Stars. There's Funimation (i.e. Dragon Ball and One Piece), Viz (i.e. Bleach), even 4Kids (i.e. One Piece as well). Getting licenses and copyrights to use these characters would be too much of a hassle

Oh, no no, it really has to do with the licensing issues of game companies that have reserved the rights of each franchise.

Typically American companies that handle the actual dubbing of the animation have little to no say in what a company does with a videogame license of that series, unless they seek out their voice actors or cross promotion or some such.

buying the third game of a series while the majority of the people don't or didn't play the first two. Which weren't big sellers in the first place? That's the problem facing capcom. Some games work even though their sequel like fall out 3. Guess if you can convince people that the games don't relate that closely but the legends games took place pretty close to each other. Maybe remaking them would be best before creating a sequel(I'd love a collection too, I have the other two MM collections).

Calm down ppl this game will come stateside! Tatsunoko is very big in the US obviously, the gatchaman series aka war of the worlds is highly successful in the US with their own comic books exclusively in the US. And that gold iron dood made his appearance in the US back in the day. Its very likely the game will come out in the US, and capcom is currently working on the rights. Also Karas is very successful in America too, and he is also a comfirmed character. Be patient ppl, the time will come!
