Face the world, hold your head up high and repeat to yourslef, "i have conciousness, i have feeling, im an individual, im unique, im me. REPEAT! Its a downward spiral if you keep yourself depressed through self harm and listening to music to justify it. It only heightens your emotions. By the way i have an MA in Psychology.
