@Adude55 If your school/Workplace has a main proxy server covering whole school, all I did was hack the root, (My school has BAD Security) then created a proxy account with the "Staff" group which has every single website unblocked :).

just 2 tell the vista users ping does work on vista :D u just have to use command prompt as an administrator, so right click and Run as Administrator. :D

try safemode... it works for bypassing Symantec Norton thing. ill make a video of it... and if yall know how to get to safemode make sure u do safe mode WITH NETWORKING
