totally agree,

the "solo" between 0:27 and 0:42, didn't rock, at all. And you can't even pick correctly, you hit the other strings while you should just be picking on one, there's a lot of excess sound, not to insult you, the harmonics weren't very good either(to be honest, they sucked). that tap sucked too..

You try to show off what you can't even play, and I don't see anything to brag about pal..Nice JS30KV.. it maybe the cheapest King v, but hey.. a jackson is a jackson.

i have jackson rr3,washburn x50pro,dean ml(heavily modded),ibanez, and this guitar. all i did to it was add these shitty seymour duncans and this guitar is better than all my others. i play death metal in drop b tuning. i would recomend this guitar for anyone... i defianitly got spoiled by this beauty

well. i am sorta flipping around bettween gauges right now. i use d adario(spelling?) do u do shreding also? cuz if so i wouldnt go above 13's cuz the g string is wound. everyone might think im crazy but on my jackson i use 9's for drop b. i can bend and shred easily. at first i was bending notes out of tune and everything sounded sloppy but once i got used to it it was fine. now i play with my fingers so light. its so comfortable.but i would say for u prolly 11s or 12s.

- i hav a marshall rock box, ande i fear the V will sound shit through it, will it?

-is there a similar priced guitar the same as that one with a tremolo system (note that i dont want the one with lightning fret inlays)

Yeah they are EMG design but built by Jackson themselves.

I prefer them really because they have the same sound but have the sweet logo on.

I nabbed bits from other songs but most of it is improvised.

I dunno what you mean by 'hybrid' but it is a 50watt Marshall Valvestate combo.

the rhythm section sounded sweet. you're quite an awesome thrasher, but you need to chill out with the shredding, it makes my ears bleed, not in a complimentary way. It's like a sports car going in lightning speed without the driver realising he's out of the circuit. Now I'm no shredder, but coming from a listener's perspective, it really hurts to listen to. However, kudos with some of the bends and pinch harmonics there, now they were pretty fucking cool.

Its a fantastic guitar man!

Its best to have a strap but yeah the first time I sat down with it the jack did dig into my leg but you can get different jack-heads so I use a squared off one if I need to sit down.

I recommend this guitar.

Well I personally think that nothing beats a Gibson, BUT at the King V's price...that's another story!

Well I like Gibson flying v's as well (especially all white!) cause they look so much old school and they soun good toom, but I never afforded one. Epiphones might be a choice but the Jackson King V is the best option IMO

The only thing I wished there had been included in the price was a gig bag but the store owner gave me a padded one 4 free, otherwise than that it's brilliant!
