actually it can. It was just the devs that chose not to have it online. Even though I dont really care if it was online or not because this game still rules. Although I think Crisis Core still has this one beat.

Wow why do all psp develpors choose to not have online...I guess ima have to stick to using ps3 to connect with psp which is gey because i have to have my ps3 next to my cpu cause you need ethernet in order for it to work...man i complain a lot lol

lol. You know you can use wireless connection with the PS3 right? Also I think devs make PSP games with no infastructure because they want their games to be portable. Plus some of the games take up so much space on the UMD that they dont have enough space to add an online feature. Rock Band is the perfect example. The game takes up soooo much space that all hopes for an online segment is completely gone.

Yeah I see what you are saying but I meant that their is this japanese program from jap psn that lets you play psp games online by going into ad hoc mode. But the only way for it to work is if you have ethernet I usualy play monster hunter with my friends on it

I've never tried PSO or later in the series but I played all the Genesis PS titles and they were some of my favorites. Such a shame to see this one doesn't get the story right. Does it even connect with the story of the old PS titles?

PSO + Do not connect to any of the old PS Titles. They are set in a different universes and times, but there is some reference of the old PS titles through some of the Weapons/Photon Arts in PSO+ games. PSO+ meaning pso,psobb,psu,ps:aoti,psp

Interestingly enough I bought my copy this Sunday and started playing the game as well.

I'm currently playing a Gunmaster, main weapons being a Sega Saturn/Frying Pan (!), dual blades, and a rifle.

It's the perfect grind game, but I don't feel it necessary to actually 'grind'. I get enough level ups by doing every free mission once.

As for loot, mostly junk, but it does make the occasional great drop that much more golden.

I mean I got a effin Frying Pan!
