lol lol lol. As others have said THIS IS NOT HACKING! Notice how at the beginning you can see that the account he is using (logged in as) is an administrator??? This is why he can do all these commands. CMD has these commands built in so you can create accounts etc remotely. Everything he has done you can do through the users control panel applet using the GUI...and far easier. If you remove his ADMIN rights none of the above can be done. HACKING is bypassing security measures; this is not that.

You don't have to be admin to use CMD.

My school has it "disabled". but you can open it with a .bat file, and something like "@echo off". I don't remember exactly, it's been a while since I got long term suspended for "hacking" by a bigot principal.

mh this doesn't work on a restricted computer, like a school computer, which is what you would need it for.

you can still use cmd to "hack" into admin rights on a almost completely locked off computer, but it takes a bit more work than this. believe me, i did it the other day.
