To change notes on the pad, I change with the pedal switch. It is really live except bass which is sequenced and launched by a specific pad. For the remainder (piano, violin, kit of battery), it is live. To pass from a range to another, I change the positioning of the notes on the pads with the pedal switch (in bottom on the left video )

watch his right hand hitting the bottom right drum. Make a mental note of the piano tone that this drum makes. when he hits this drum the note changes, as do all the other notes. And when the chords come in then hes a bit stuck and just tries to make it look like its played on the drums.

You can fool some of the people all of the time but you cant fool some of the people some of the... oh...

The notes are sequenced, they follow a loop so that he doesn't need 100 different drums. The same applies for the chord changes, the module allows for the output of each pad to shift and change in a loop so that he can repeat the melody. It's not fake.
