If you workout often enough, I am sure you can, I decide to do this once every 1hr or 2hr, that ended up building up to about 2~3miles of walk throughout the day :)
i love this! and i always support leslie sansone, been doing that for a long time! this video is good for a short wortout. its great to even do it in a busy or boring day; it is good for boosting energy, raising metabolism.

yea i took her 10day challenge, but doing a walk EVERY meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for her 10days, and i lost 8lbs...i was also on the flex plan of weight watchers, so i was eating normally and walking 2-3 miles each meal:) for 10days! i havent done her 10day challenge in a while, but i have still maintained my weight and havnet gained
so nice its easy fr doing it at home
