The blinds, or sunblinds, are for the windows (like blinds for your home windows...I guess sunshade is another name we could use).

I'm not sure if it's just for the backlight (sorry, carspeak for rear window) or if it's also for the other passenger windows, but apparently if you have the blinds, you have the car without the computer speed limiter (since the sunblind is part of any AMG package for lesser E-class models). If you don't have it, then you DO have the speed limiter.
