No Kutchi people are the closest to sindhi people. Kutch and sindhi are like sister languages there are almost exact in nature. There can be kutchi sindhis and kutchi memons. There just different casts. Pakistan currently owns 10% of Kutch. The Pakistani goverment wants this land and it should be allowed to have it along with Kashmir. However British only gave 10% the rest is with india.
