the highway at the beginning of this vid is part of the original cpr route down the BIG HILL,there were I think 4 safety switches on the route to prevent runaways but it did not always work,

You get some pretty long trains go through there. It's unusual to have a train that's shorter than 80 cars go through the tunnels.

Excellent vid with different locations shots! Mine (also here on YouTube is from the one location but I was very lucky to get an extra-long train so have three parts in same shot. I never thought to follow the train to a second location like you did.
