The person saw the finale episode of Top Chef that was filmed in The Bahamas. The finalists were told they had to cook for "Bahamian Royalty" before they arrived, and found out after arrival that they were cooking for Vola and some of the Saxons...I think the show did refer to Vola as the "King of Junkanoo", but ultimately this person was just extremely confused...
