@elixter90 L.A Colours usally have this nail polish that has a thin brush, its called art deco or deco art, they come in thin bottles, but not to thin, i own 10 of them, but i cut the brush a little bit because i didnt like the long brush, but you can do whatever you want, hope this helps :D

@OMGrnrROX honestly i dont think it matters. i think she did it so it would be easier to get all the old nail polish off and if some did stay on the brush it wouldnt mix with the color ur painting your nails. im gonna do it with an old hot pink nail polish that i dont use anymore. :)
