  • This is a truly lovely video. :D

I'm presently studying my family's genealogy and it would appear that Sir Charles Kemys, Sir Thomas Morgan and the Somersets'(Earl of Worcester/Beaufort) were all indirectly related in some way (through the Morgans). They were all fighting eachother on opposing sides during the English Civil War for posession of Raglan.

Has anyone ever heard of the "Fair Maids of Raglan" (Beaufort daughters.) If so, please E.mail me? Thanks.

  • Thank you for posting such great shots of Raglan. I'm in the process of creating a 3D model of it for one of my classes, and footage helps with the process. Plus, as someone studying medieval swordplay, I get a bonus when watching this! :-)

  • Very nice....love the wind. I envy the SCA folks who get to "play" with the real-deal medieval structures nearby. Thank you ever so much for these nice views.

We have our sahuaro and cholla cactus with lovely mountains and higher elevation forest to play in. Oooohh... the castles, though... REALLY cool.

  • Ah, to be at events at such a location...
