All the other live versions of this song, Jim isn't on stage coz he doesn't play in the song so maybe Jim wasn't on when Mike said "ask him how he's doin'". Unless Jim was walkin' off. I dunno where I'm goin' with this. It's obvious, through most of this show that there were problems between the band and Jim (Well, Patton and Jim)
