I can say for sure that it is an ELKA Crescendo 303 from the late 70's. It is Italian and actually one of the better brands. This particular model doesn't have drawbars. But the bigger model - Super Artist 707 - had drawbar voices that came very close to a Hammond plus a lot of other stuff (Jean Michel Jarre had one).

It looks like a Wurlitzer Organ, Hammond and Wurlitzer are very very simmilar...
