What's a good gun for me I like a gun with little to no kick, under 300 dollor budget, bolt action or semi, can mount a scope and a short stock thx

You need to get a bow for your opposite handed side. Borrow one for awhile and shoot the opposite way and get a large backstop. After shooting the wrong side for awhile, your favored stance will get more refined.

Gun shooters get fixated on sigting the bow when consistant form is more important. Look into instinctive shooting drills.

That looks like a large size square bale. The big square bales got popular lately. Need a tractor to haul them.
