I own every episode and have been watching DBZ for 12 years!! Yes I am a true fan. Broly puts a force field around him and his father when they leave planet Vegeta b4 it blows up and goku escapes namek in a capsule corp ship b4 Namek blows up enough said. @icon1260 Idiot yes they can take bardock's final fight before he died from frieza he was in space and so were frieza's army. If you have watched dbz as long as you say you have then you should rewatch everything and check what you believe is true dont assume. oh and goku did survive in space when he was flying to the new planet vegeta in the first broly he was in space.

Obvious newfag detected.That Arlia episode was only a filler also they could easily just hold their breath and survive from the cold with their chi and endurance for long enough, Freeza knew he could defeat Goku if he destroyed Namek cuz Goku ran out of oxygen as he said, King kai has implied that Saiyans cannot breath in space which is scientifically impossible since there is nothing in a vaccuum to breath in.

Saiyans can be in space only as long as they can hold breath, nuff said.
