Looking for it too in the USA - cannot find it anyhwere, even to pre-order! English DVD won't work over here unless it is region free! Help

@gateranger Sadly this dvd will only be released in Region 2 format so i can only suggest that you enable your dvd player to play multi region dvd's. I know how you feel, years ago i had this issue of not being able to see certain dvd's from the USA but then i got a code to change my dvd player. Im sure you can get someone to do it for you.
