  • Thank you so much for this video. I have been looking all over for these type of exercises as I have a problem with hyperlordosis/anterior pelvic but I will definitely practice these.

I want you to know that I've been doing even MORE investigative work about pelvic tilt, core muscles, and how it all ties in with our back and avoiding as well as relieving pain. Amazingly, this video and its companions are some of the most google searched and visited pages on my blog. These simple exercises - along with 7 seconds for a flat belly - are enormously helpful - are you doing that one too? Lani

  • brilliant, i have had pevic tilt, shortened hip flextors and pain around my waist for 4 years+ movement walking everything hurts, im really getting fed, i will try your excercises...Thanks for posting
