  • "He'll say to me I see who you truly are. A girl whom I can't rely."

    She's great though

  • fanfrikintastik! couldn't b better ... nothing 2 change ... nothing 2 prove 2 anybody ... just because some people do not see it, does not mean that the beauty inside is not real and in this case incredible ... it is time ... time 4 everyone 2 see ... see through the eyes of truth and beauty ... thanxs 4 posting!!! wonder-filled ...

  • She's so freaking good! Her voice is amazing!! I luv her! =)

  • fantastic job! but you don't need dinner theatre people telling you that. haha i wish there was less background noise, but you couldn't control that. great job!

  • She was in "LESTAT" on Broadway, and does a lot of professional things in Northern California. I saw her twice as "Belle" in Beauty and the Beast. She is really good.

  • Did you see her at the Sacramento Music Circus as Belle about five years ago? She was absolutely perfect.

  • I did! I LOVED her.

  • Nikki james was in the Wiz...different girl, they get it all the time, tho. So much, in fact, they got to be friends because of it!

  • Who is she? like is she known for something?

  • i believe she was in THE WIZ

  • She was in the revival of Les Miserables on Bway.

  • wow!

    her as elphaba?

    yea, i can see it

  • So can I!!! Someone once told me that Elphaba has to be cast as Caucasian. UH, what does it matter?! SHE'S GREEN for goodness sakes!!! LOL

  • really? haha, that's so dumb.

yea, some ppl make dumb excuses to keep good singers like her out of lead roles!

  • Elphaba is often cast Caucasian, but not always. Saycon Sengbloh played her on broadway.

Also, Nikki understudied the role of Fantine in the revival of Les Miz, another role that's usually played by Caucasian women. :) yay for colorblind casting!

  • No one told Alexia Khadime, huh?

  • @yvonnesame I saw the show in the west End and Elphaba was black, so thats false.

  • @Destined2makeit I was referencing an ignorant comment made by a fellow actor I know. They told me that the role of Elphaba cannot be played by anyone who isn't Caucasian, which as you and I both know, is incredibly false. :-)

  • @yvonnesame yes it is lol :)

  • @yvonnesame actually it's Neesarose that the producers didn't like being played by someone who wasn't caucasian (hence why Saycon Sengbloh wasn't a Nessa understudy while she was Elphaba s/b

  • @Disneydanny That's interesting because the actress that played Nessa on tour and in San Francisco is of Filipino descent (DeeDee Lyn Magno Hall)

  • she sounds like a more polished brandi

  • and lord knows brandi needed some polishing.

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I worked with her in broadway for obama, so wonderful! :)

  • i wish people would stop talking so loud!!

  • Woo, go Nikki!!

    Get it girl!

    Love herrr.

  • shes legit fierce

  • Her voice reminds me of Judy Kahn's (she voiced Pocahontas). She would be great as Elphaba.

  • muy bien

  • Maybe her and natalie should just share the role!

  • yeah she and natalie would be great :)

  • I agree nikki and natalie should share the role!
