I don't mean the gory details or sensationalizing it...maybe thats what American documentary producers are afraid of. These programs as I said really show the fear and horror for the victim in a terrifying way that evokes empathy, and captures the effect of the loss for family and friends. For example, Crime Investigation episode on Anita Cobby was just ghastly and heartwrenching. I have never been more twisted up inside by a crime, and thats effective yet responsible story telling.
I agree about these shows being better than the typical US true crime show. They do show more about the crime, and this one and the "Crime Investigation, Australia" really give a better depiction of the horror of the crime in its entirety, from the actual crime and the aftermath, and strikingly portrays the real terror and agony for the victim(s). The American producers should watch and learn. I think they are afraid its in bad taste, but murder is an ugly business and should be reflected so.
this is a great show to watch i can't get enough of it . but i will never figure out how one person can murder anotherand think they will get away with it. a lots of sickos in the world
I love these shows, but I wish they wouldn't title them with the name of the killer, it gives away the ending right from the start. They could title them by the street or town they lived in, something other than the suspects name.Just a thought.I love these shows though, and thank you for uploading them.I have seen every episode of crime shows in the US, so this is a nice change.

im with judy it would be a better mystery without the killer or victim name in the title...

@Judy4justice, I was thinking the same thing. And yes these shows are better as they show more of the crime scene etc. than the ones here at the US.
