Without counting the years....I have loved him since the late 60's. I was in high school and as others were listening to "rock:", well Engelbert was "rocking" my world! ...and still does! I have seen him in many concerts and traveled a bit to see him whenever I could. I have wonderful memories of him and hold them near and dear to my heart! As to the taping that was done in Las Vegas recently, there are a few different ideas going around, one being that it will be an infomercial, possibly for HSN, and there are a few items that could be available soon, so I guess we just have to be patient.....Just saw Enge at the Westbury Music Fair, on Long Island, and he does a number, I'm on Fire, country style, dons a black cowboy hat, and black leather vest, the voice, the dance steps, magnificent. Song will be on new CD. Taste of Country.

Enge still sounds as great he did on this video. Saw him in May in Dallas, and caught a hankie...what a thrill! Will see him again in PA next month. Totally Amazing voice, fantastic performer, wonderful person! Have seen him many times, and each show is better than the previous. He gives his all!

At 85 he'll still be gorgeous. His voice and his looks just keep getting better. Saw him in Green Bay, Wisconsin Dells, and Prior Lake, Minnesota. He is so kind to the audience - plus his show is unbelievably great. Got to shake hands with him and got a hankie that I'll treasure forever. Saw another popular entertainer a couple of weeks after that and she made everyone in the audience clap over again - she didn't think they clapped loud enough for her and her band. Engelbert wouldn't do that.
