boots of lightnies are obtaind from temple of ikov quest you dont have to finish the quest because you get them in the begginingg

better way is to make ur house in relekka and teleport to ur house each time but keep a ring of deuling weilded, then tele to csw wen u got all of da grass. bank the grass, get runes and carry on... :)
