you know the time line right?

take each frame, and drag it over enough so it's 2 frames long if every frame is 2 frames, and 24 divided by 2 is 12... well you know

wat is the point of doin that wen u can just do it in 12 fps? why go to 24 fps and just double the frames it will be the same as 12, there for that way would just take a little longer

Well 0gcryp, in a collab that ou put into flash, there is one frame rate for everything

so if you made a normal 12 FPS and put it into a 24 FPS frame rate it would go way too fast

BUT if you double frame in 24 FPS it wont look too fast and people who want to do 24 FPS can
