  • i'm pretty surprised this band ever made a promo video. did they have one for any of the songs on "greed?"

  • so great! thanks for posting

  • Unbelievably good! Love that Oberheim DMX / Synclavier / Guitar skronk / inimitable Arto speak mix! Hard to beat!

  • Both sonically and visually...the ending is awesome. ;)

  • art rock

  • So weird it's like Ministry + Herbie Hancock.

  • I remember Arto Lindsay from the original 'Golden Palominos' album. Can't find any songs from this on the web. This guy rocks.

  • flippin' amazing

  • wait... what?

was I born too late to understand or something...

  • hi~!!!~! ur so cute!!

  • is that ikue in the video?

  • this fucking RULES!

  • lame

  • Wow, Arto is really into rock distortion. This video really fits in well with the 80's experimental, "Talking heads/Herbie Hancock/etc." vibe that never really found it self, but was ahead of its time and inspired groups to find other ways to make sound.

  • the shots of NYC throughout this video, but especially the ones starting at 4:28 give me the chills.

that New York is lost to my generation, that kills me.

  • @crumbsonmybed, it feels surprisingly familiar to me.

  • I think it is getting trippy after all.

    It's mad shit.

  • I gotta say that this is exactly what's so great about youtube. i too never would have found this video otherwise. totally inspiring.

  • this is just so good. Arto, whereever you are today, you've done a great job. I love this stuff.

    schnie at arcor dot de

  • I was just watching some Thomas Dolby, Lene Lovich, etc and now Arto and the AL, and well, this is just too good to be true! In all these cases, I guess people tend to get distracted by the amateurish videos, but the music is absolutely phenomenal. Loveremoval, thanks for sharing this jewel.

  • Great stuff. From funk to skronk to samba to noise-guitar Arto does it all!

  • arto = genius

    good!

  • One of the joys of you tube. Never seen this video before. God they were wonderful!

  • que bosta maravilhosa

  • Great Song (as good as any DNA song, and DNA were f*cking amazing)

  • Arto Lindsay is criminally ignored by the public. The song is not a favorite of mine, but it promises so much for what would be the future. The skronky sound is there, but the dance elements, the funk and the softer elements in a holy alliance with the avantgarde.

  • VERY GOOD
