actually the enclosure he's keeping the T in is fine its just a sling,and they have bad eyesight and will get stressed if their enclosure is too big

No. A tarantula living in a cup is like you living in your bathroom. It's true they do not require a big enclosure, but 4-5 times the size of the tarantula when its legs are extended. And also be be provided with at least 1 hide spot and always have access to a clean water dish.. And there is NOTHING like this in there and it makes me sick.. If he cant provide a good enclosure he shouldn't be allowed to have any animals..

a tarantula living in a cup is no different from you living in your house. tarantulas don't like big enclosures due to their bad eyesight,so if it's too big it'll get stressed out,so for the moment while the T is a sling a cup with dirt or vermiculite is fine
