I know. I want Sephiroth to win too. In the movie and the game, Cloud gets stabbed and poisoned by mako but doesn't die. Why does the good guy always have to win? I can't even go see a superhero movie without knowing who wins at the end. Its just so typical and depressing.
We've all seen Terra defeat the God of Magic (which Kefka becomes at one point in FF6), but can she turn the tables on the God of Swords (by the fact that NOBODY matches Sephiroth for skill with a blade)? The answer is a resounding YES! Terra owns!
Well the green-haired costume is also Terra's classic look. They changed her esper appearance a bit, and personally I'd rather have seen her with a few sword attacks beyond drawing Atma once in a while, but I'm satisfied with her appearance.

Both make her look beautiful, but the green hair makes her look more exotic and stand out, compared to the rest of the blond heros of FF.
