Bush, the black unemployment rate was 9. Under Obama it's over 17% and that's because the Obama administration has fudged the TRUE NUMBERS. It's actually about 24%.

Sad to say, there are so many Americans who are pissed off and have a need to direct their rage. obama and his administration give them a convenient place to direct that anger instead of concnetrating it on the real villians and it taps into a place that can make them feel comfortable in its surroundings - fear, paranoia and yes, racism.
