  • Thanks ms.mayen! Does the food color using airbrush alter the taste of the fondant/gumpaste? Thank you so much for sharing your talent and knowledge. xoxo ~gracie

  • Awesome!!! What kind of food coloring do you use?

  • Awesome!!! Do you have a video on how you stack your cakes? When you make tiers, for the bottom one. How many layers do you normally make? Do you cut your cakes in half? If you have a video can u link me up!!!! Thanks!!!

  • oh great now i need a airbrush. LOL. great job. i always wanted to do airbrushed cake. now i just need the money to buy the stuff.

  • cool!!! xx

  • thank you for this tut. salamat!! From You I learned how to make a fondant rose!! love all ur videos! really helpfull

  • This was amazing, can I use an air gun for toy models and stuff? Im not finding one specific for cakes

  • @YenieD13 you can use an airbrush designed for other things -- BUT you CANNOT interchange their use. so if you use it for toys and stuff, you cannot use it for cakes. The food color used here is edible and should not mix with paint for toys and such.... hope that helps ! you can find some on ebay -- look for seller tcpglobal, they have lots

  • @09165067633 Thanks! Sorry I should have looked for it first. One other question: Do you place the gumpaste planks on the cake while they are still a bit moldable? With the round cakes I would assume you cannot put them as flat and straight as they dry?

  • @stinkycookie86 you have to find a good time to put them in. not too dry or it will be harder to stick them there and not too moist because the edges of the planks will "wilt" on you...

  • nice!

  • Wow! Amazing work!

Can you please do a tutorial on how to make those wood planks on that cake? They look so amazing!

  • @stinkycookie86 Thanks ... i think i have one on it... look for the video, how to make fondant look like wood-- because i showed there how to make the planks... hope that helps
