I saw the evidence and I just think it's crazy that this even got to the supreme court and I think it's even worse 4 out of 9 of the jurors ruled in favor of the city.

So true. If a Supreme Court nominee happened to be a white male and he made comments like Sotomayor did, all hell would break loose. If she had been smart, she would have kept her opinions to herself. This shows she lacks horse sense.

Sotomayor has NOT APOLOGIZED for her prejudiced remarks. Why ?

SS fully believes that hispanic women from poor backgrounds make better judges and that law is to be re-written from her judicial bench.

IMO, unfit to serve on any court. She would be disqualified from even serving as a juror for such remarks if made during the jury screening process.

IMO this decision was a no-brainer. But...we still had four Justices who voted against it. Just an example of how politicized the courts are, and how the Left is CLEARLY intent on guaranteeing equality of outcomes...instead of equality of opportunity.

The only possible justification for quotas is if minorities are inferior and CANNOT compete. I don't believe they're inferior.

This is great news.Affirmative has been abused for far too long by minorities to gain jobs they are'nt qualified for and to aquire promotions that they did'nt deserve.Over 60% of Sotomayor's racially tinged opinions have been overturned by higher courts,with 6 out of 7 being overturned by the Supreme Court.Obama has appointed her for only one reason,which is to appease the anti American and racist group known as La Raza.She's a disgrace to our system of justice.
