just want to say thank you...me and my ex both broke up for mutual reasons, still hurts like hell though. (im going out; reconnecting at the moment and finding my independence again, coping on how to be alone) i feel stronger everyday :) ..its slightly difficult as me and my ex remain friends so i dont really know how to grieve as his still in my life in a way... but this video really helped, also your totally right...to do the things you couldn't do before when your in a relationship! :)
I know this video is a little old but....Thanks so much. My boyfriend has been telling me he loves me and wants to marry me and have kids with me for about 6 months. Tonight he told me that he doesnt want to date me anymore. Instead he wants to date one of my best friends. It hurts. Thanks so much for the video. It was very encouraging.

I'm in so much pain from being dumped by my boyfriend of 5 mos., he was my first serious relationship, as well as many other firsts...it's hard to let something go that was so dear to your heart; something you know will help you in the future, but hurts so much right now.
@NaomiStar I def know how that pain feels its horrible and it just messes you up in soo many ways! but just take comfort in the fact that you are not the first nor the last to go through a breakup so keep your head up high and just spoil yourself... :)
