you can run it at minimum but if u want what you see in this video i suggest you get a quad core. or if possible overclock up 1ghz (have good cooling)
If you turn off Vsync, you may be able to get over 60 frames. I'm running a trial of 7 home premium and with everything maxxed, I'm getting damn near 80-90 frames in game. FAR more than that during videos, but that goes without saying.

i have an ati 4570 how well would this run and what settings? i also got 4gb of ram ddr3 2.2ghz X 2 and all that crap so im good their.

your CPU will need an upgrade or the FPS will low. other than that it should run fine

It may run damn great even on an E8xxx CPU too, I think...
Don't worry, man!
If they write it's recommended, that doesn'T means it will run shittily on your PC!
I played Assassin's creed on max with a 2 core CPU, and they recommended a Quad core
(Now I have a Q6600 (OC-d up to 3.0GHz from 2.4GHz.. :) )
