I really like your interpretation of these forms they are very nicely executed. you have great form I like what i see and will be following along on these.
a bit slow...but fuck THAT !! its by far of one the cleanest and a most precise execution of movements, that i have seen on youtube...good work bro !!!
Very nicely done. I like the way you can see every move,
When studying this form at Grand Master Alan Lee's Wusu temple, we had a partnered Tranining method that was used to strenghen your forearms. It was Also used to condition your arms to take a block. I can't remember what it was called, this was over 15 years ago for me. If anyone can remember the name please post it. Anyway, after about 6 months of that (and other training) our forearms were so musculer they looked deformed,Popeyeish
@sukoming Oddly enough I got that from my brief dabbling in contemporary wushu. My coach was would always yell at us to "stop abbreviating movements!"
You aren't fat but strong. It's traing Hung gar. The style will fortify muscles. Everybody can traing. This marcial art need be introduce in curriculum of schools.

I think it would be good for self-discipline too, but so many schools are reluctant to institute programs like that
