One person with tongs keeping the snake stationary, and one person tubing makes this a little easier and safer. You might also consider using either a trapbox or a Midwest Tongs Pro Bagger. It has a sleeve on the end of the bag that's made to fit over a tube. Works great. I also prefer the Midwest M-1 tongs.
