Sasuke always has to use his small ugly tricks to attack Naruto.

Every time they fight/encounter he seems to use the fact that Naruto holds back against the douchebag.

@daltonmurphy144 Well that is a yes and no. They are different but the new rasengan technique that he has does not just blow you away. It shreds things apart and then blows them away. The thing that i think put its over the Chidori is that when it spins it also disrupts pure chakra. I think that if he did use it it would be close but the Area of Effect would be large enough to do some serious damage to Sasuke, but hopefully we will get to know that soon!
