  • i use the same app! it's very helpful since my anatomy class uses pdf files, but i got my app for free idk why u had to pay 3 dollars

  • Do you need to be connected to the internet while using the noterize app?

  • @SouthEagles21 It's not necessary, unless you want to annotate a file you download from the internet.

  • THANK YOU, sounds awesome!

  • how far can u be to record? i want to use in lectures but the the lecturer usually stands about 2-5 meters away using microphone?

  • @123missakilah That should be enough distance to capture the sound. When you re-listen to the recordings, you could always use earphones and turn up the volume.

  • penn state student? :)

  • @yaz90jordan I study medicine at the American University of the Caribbean. :)

  • This is now called paperport notes and it is free. Very good software. Thank you.

  • "oh everybody look at me I have an iPad to write on while you fags use that regular "paper" shit. fucking poor people muahahahaahaha"-You

  • Hey - Very nice app review. Thanks for posting this.

  • I have a fiew questions... Wen you save your files are they in PDF or expecially for Noterize? If i use it and want to give my notes to a friend, can he open the file with any PDF lector or only with noterize?

  • @Balion28 Hi Balion, it saves as PDF. The audio files can also be saved.

  • usmle step 1

  • hey, i was wondering how can i get Microsoft office on my i pad.

  • What do you do with the annotated lecture notes afterwards?

  • @sumi0720 I just leave them on my ipad, or sync it to my iTunes.

  • and the best part about noterize its also free :) welll at least the one i found

  • Helped heaps, thanks for the review :D

  • what stylus are you using? thanks

  • @sleepyzboy I'm using a Targus stylus. It takes some getting used to but once you're used to it, it works well.

  • How much audio can you record?

  • you can record as much memory as what you have for your ipad. I personally have a 64 GB ipad and love not needing to worry about running out of space.

  • @benjiho321 thanks for the reply! one more question - is the sound quality similar to the iphone recording? i'm debating if i want to get the ipad or just get a plain digital recorder and take notes on paper.

  • @deeptiu88 I guess it depends on what iphone recording program you use, but the recordings on the ipad are pretty good, and I can hear the lectures clearly without any problem. For me, the biggest advantage of using of taking notes on the ipad is that it matches the audio with the slides. That way, it's easier to navigate the audio and find what you want.

  • nice video! What is the best electronic device to take notes in lectures? any comment?

  • @secrethero89 ipad has worked the best for me so far.
