  • dso people really listen to this shit ??

  • lol hell yeah Zappa was a genius when it comes to composing music!

  • pajama ppl are boring to me to pieces ...

  • AWESOME SONG, AMAZING GUITAR, WHOOP!

  • I Remeber FZ saying this was worth checking out again after the ' album.Great!!!!

  • Pardon my going on about this, please. But, Frank Zappa forever altered the way people play contemporary music (especially electric guitar) as have very few others ... like Thelonious Monk effected piano. What I mean is, MUSIC, THE ART FORM AS A WHOLE, was CHANGED by his contribution (an unbelievable volume of work). That's a very rare and wonderful thing to witness. I feel truly priviledged to have lived in his lifetime. Dig a little deeper at the well and check it out.

  • Frank Zappa was one of the most influential composers of the last 100 years. His comprehension of music (theoretical, intellectual, melodic, structual,et finitum) could fill a reasonable, legitimate textbook. And yet, his live performance (with the finest musicians the world could provide, in a constant state of flux [until "The Best Band You never heard In Your Life"}truly rocked on all levels. As a producer and sound engineer, he was unrivaled. (continued below)

  • take one home with you today.

  • nice music

  • I used to drive my Mom crazy with this music! She hated it and I tried to turn her onto it. She conceded that the music wasn't bad but didn't like the words. LOL. RIP Zappa!

  • Thanks for posting this!! It is my favorite Zappa song...I love to listen to it when I am really pissed off...it brings a smile to my face every time. ZAPPA is amazing.

  • FRANK , je te tue si tu ne reviens pas parmi nous !!!!!

  • Love this song but I always get a little freaked out by the saliva-snapping sound from Frank's blessed vocal instrument. Certainly more so in those days when I indulged in recreational pharmaceuticals.

  • No doubt, "One size fits all" is one of the Zappa´s masterpieces! without that I forget to "Over-nite sensation" and "Apostrophe(')" Thanks 4 post...

  • This is my first time hearing this one. Its really good. I'm diggin the guitar solos. All I can say is yowza yowza yowza and don't eat the yellow snow

  • My sisters ass is a masterpiece. I could stare at that sweet thing all night long.

  • I like how it always said on the credits for Steve Vai ; Immpossible guitar parts

    MUSIC IS THE BEST

  • My alltime favorite song by Frank and the muthahs!!! What else can you say?

  • Would somebody please put on Frank Zappa's Video from his album: "ONE SIZE FITS ALL", (the very same lp where you get to hear his infamous Po-Jama People)? It would be such a rewarding experience for all of us. Thank you so very much.

  • what period was Vai with Zappa

  • I think that Steve Vai started playing with Frank in 78 or 79. I saw him playing with Frank in Dec. 1980 at Louisville Gardens. Eddie Van Halen was hot then and me and my guitar buddies had never heard of Steve Vai before. Vai blew us away!!!!! We were standing there with our mouths hanging open. Afterwards we were all like, "Eddie Van who??" It was great and of course Frank kicked ass on the guitar too!!

  • Well, I like Van Halen but they were commercial. Steve Vai and Zappa were much better on guitar. Even Joe Satriani was better than Eddy in my opinion. Zappa taught Steve Vai. Only true fans of rock guitar probably know this. I do agree with your comment though. RIP Zappa.

  • Not exactly the best video I've ever seen.

  • Arf Arf

  • this song is AMAZING.

and i love your profile name.

  • Fadethetrade, I saw FZ & the Mothers do a great version of Pojama People live in Waterbury, Connecticut, October 1975. The lineup included Roy Estrada & Napoleon Murphy Brock.

A friend saw FZ do Pojama People at the Felt Forum in NYC, Halloween 1974. He taped the show & I used to have a copy (20+ years ago). FZ did a HUGE and INSANE guitar solo. Maybe it's available via bootleg somewhere.

  • with win sauce

  • I'm utterly gay for Zappa.

  • Love this song!!!

  • sure be glad to :)

  • could you upload help im a rock?

i heard about that song but cant find it anywhere..

  • This is a fantastic song. Does anyone know of any live versions?

  • As far as i know, this might be the only song, out of all 30yrs of recording and performing, frank never played live ever!

  • classic .
