  • bitch please, i have 59 mods installed with a 128x texture pack on a 2-3 year old mid price range laptop XD

  • how come i have a i5 2500k and a gtx 560ti and when i downloaded all of this and played it it was running at 8fps without recording

  • That was totally worth three minutes of my life that I will never get back. Now if only my minecraft would run all of those

  • lol my system is very similar to yours and im getting about 60-80 fps using default texture pack, with many drops on 30-40 -.-

  • there is this sick water mod, makes the water reflective and stuff, would be a good thing to add to this video!

  • @mcmulla2 I did a video of that on its own but at the moment its not really compatible with any other mods :(

  • Do u need java to play minecraft

  • @Jas44249 yeah and get the 64bit version if you are running 64bit windows

  • Thats AMAZING quality.

  • good framerate

  • @invisible0tom hey nice system but whats your fps with a 512x512 tp. i mean it has to be between 40-60fps right. just want to know because i am currently waiting on the release of amd fx 8 core 3.9 ghz processor in feb

  • @Stupidwild596 I think it was around 80-100fps, although there may have been other mods running too

  • Hey I have a 2gb ram 1.6ghz Windows 7 Ultimate Os and an 8800 Video/Graphics card 2007 computer. would you say it'd be good enough to run these mods? (I also have Java 6/7)

  • Now just add a little water shader mod and you're done

  • @PiewHeadshot hopefully this will be possible with version 5 of the water shader - if it is I will be making a video!

  • NASA want their computer back ;)

  • @iRU5HT0N Lol? I have the same pc setup its not a very good pc you could call a pc with 2x

590 gtx and i7 3960 and 24gb ram nasa yes

  • @driveandkill 2x 590 GTX? I thougt SLI was only for 580 atm..

  • @fegzzzor1 Nah there already is quad sli

  • @iRU5HT0N Nasa had to auction alot of their stuff off

  • @iRU5HT0N That computer really isnt the best.

  • @MrGlinzz graphics cards are easy, you just need a new enough motherboard to have a x16 PCI slot and a power supply with enough 4 or 6 pin power connectors and it need a high enough wattage to cope with the new graphics card.

  • @MrGlinzz Without knowledge of building computers it would be tough, as there are lots of individual components, each needing to be wired/connected, and then there are many things which may go wrong. You would be better off getting a friend who knows about this to build you one.

  • @invisible0tom + sub ^^!

  • @invisible0tom Ok cool bro thanks ^^

  • can u give me a link to the pc u bought or the pc u have now(if its cheaper or better)

  • @hidde1996 I bought the components separately and built it myself, thats the cheapest way to do it.

  • Awesome ^^ Looks like a new game kinda :D! Whats the song name btw :D! And do i need something else than just adding this texture pack to the folder? Peace :D!

  • @NerdsWithAttitudee the song is Interaction- on the beach, and to use high resolution textures you need to use the "MCPatcher HD" fix to make the game compatible with these textures. I did use two other mods for this but neither are updated.

  • i think the game should like this with no mods!

  • i see no mods but flying

  • @Mr8colby well to get hd texturepacks in the first place is a mod, flying is a mod, wildgrass is a mod. Thats the ones i can see

  • @WarriorOfWAAGH There is also the minecraft enhanced mod which replaces the default sky/clouds, fog and also increases the view distance by up to 4 times. I just wish I could have used the water reflections mod with this!

  • well your computer looks like its doing fine with it lol

  • @invisible0tom how to install mods? where to put these files? btw nice vid ;)

  • @RyzeToDeath which is why i hope we give up on time travel.

  • @RyzeToDeath The thing is, if notch was killed in the past and minecraft ceased to exist now, we wouldn't have found out about minecraft to start with and so we wouldn't miss it as we never knew it existed. Its only in hindsight that we know what a loss it would be. But then again there wouldn't be minecraft haters to abuse the time travel as minecraft wouldn't exist so how would notch have been killed in the past... oh I love a paradox :)

  • How did you get the really far view distance?

  • this video gave me a boner

  • There will be a new version of this coming in the next few days hopefully featuring reflective water, GLSL shaders, wild grass, minecraft enhanced and a 512x512 texture pack!

  • Jesus tom, u really shouldnt steal computers from NASA

  • That with the acid trip shading mod would just eat up your ram

  • @willij08 not any more it wont I've got twice as much now!

If I can get reflective water, GLSL shaders, wild grass, minecraft enhanced and the 512x512 texture pack working then Java will fall to its knees and beg for mercy *evil laugh* but for the moment there are too many compatibility issues :(

  • @invisible0tom

Also, Water Shaders and GLSL are not compatible (Cv.class)... and they don't work with optifine...

  • @FluffeyHD yeah I realised that after trying to get the combination right for about 15 minutes, I ended up going with a high res texture pack and the water shader. It looks great though, check it out!

  • @invisible0tom

I have a 6 core 2,7 ghz phenom with 8 gigs ram and a non-integed AMD HD graphics card, will I experience low FPS? Currently run at like 120 smoothly with a 256 tex pack . Also how did you get the view distance that far?

  • @FluffeyHD I have a same to slightly lower spec system than that (as long as your graphics card is above the 5770) and my fps go down to about 70fps from 156fps I think your fps drop would be pretty much the same.

and to get further view distance I used the minecraft enhanced mod

  • @invisible0tom

Alrighty thanks so much for the advice :) When I click the enhanced mod link it says I don't have permission to view even though I am logged in.... What?

AMD RADEON HD 6450 512 mb

  • @FluffeyHD yeah its been like that for a few days, I haven't come across it before.

ah well that graphics card is less powerful than mine so it may have a little more trouble with these intense mods but, if you can run a 256x texture pack at 120fps it should be fine

  • Why can't my amaazing computer run minecraft this smooth? >:(

  • @Tokyodrift5000 what amazing pc is that then?

  • @invisible0tom Dm, not gonna even bother haha let's just say i need a better graphics card :P

  • @Tokyodrift5000 use MCpatcher and goto options and change the max heap size (MB) to 3024 if u have 4 gigs of ram, an if u are using nvidia graphics driver go to control panel, "manage 3D settings" (make sure your drivers are up to date) go to program settings, click "Add" then select minecraft .exe turn setting low or high depending on graphics driver. Thumbs up if i helped at all.

  • @gmodwirehelp Thankss, I have 4GB of ram but an integrated graphics chip really lol

  • But will it blend?

  • no matter what game you put motion/distance blur on its guarenteed to look much better. tried it on new vegas and god does it look better...

  • @davelikescake1 yeah but minecraft with mods like these will always look better than without, no matter how much motion blur is put on!

  • @invisible0tom yeah its just i think the blur really adds depth which is great for a game like minecraft. they plan on ever doing it in 3d?

  • omg why could the original creator of minecraft do this right at the start!???

  • Man, what kind of computer do you have!? You're running an amazing texture pack and lots of mods AND a recording program, yet you're still running hundreads of FPS!!

  • @sirbobby38rs AMD phenom II x4 955 @ 3.5GHz, 4Gb RAM 1333MHz(6 now), ATi HD 5770 1Gb

  • @invisible0tom How much did it cost? o.O

  • @sirbobby38rs about £500

I could get a pc much better for £500 now though

  • @invisible0tom Nice :P I have a £300 pound laptop (500 euro) and I only get 20-30 FPS on the default texture pack :\

  • @invisible0tom Man, When I got my PC last upgraded, it must off been worth £750 aprox. now it struggles with minecraft sometimes :P I RWALLY need another upgrade.

  • @killer6468 why what specs does it have?

  • @invisible0tom To be honest, I have no idea anymore :P But yer, my birthdays coming up!!! In april :(

  • Hardly taxing. Get some massive computer working in the background, or even multiple and see how it lags then

  • Theres Only 4 Mods? :/ + Theyre Shit. Iv Had 20 Mods Up ?

  • @ThePastaManCan yeah adding a new tree type or ore is really going to stress minecraft...

    *sigh*

  • OK, now try the LB RPG Realism (512x) pack!

  • @computerpro101 I cant stand the 128 version with all the noise it produces when looking at it from a distance!

  • Why didn't you choose 256x256 LD photo realism?

  • @Hiyrustrider it wasn't compatible with my minecraft at the time

  • I love the motion and distance blurs! =D

  • dem chickens just magically appear :OOOO

  • @S0L1DGH0ST1 yeah I wish I could increase that view distance!

  • I WANT THAT COMPUTER SO BAD

  • Your computer is on motherfucking steroids. I'm surprised the java runtime didn't crash anyways.

  • Awesome! I've never seen anyone in the 3.5 GHz club except for myself!

  • @ROBLOXingHabbo with the x4 955? i got up to 3.6 once :D

  • @invisible0tom

Nice! It's such a shame I have a shitty i3 with a good bus speed, QPI link, cache, etc.. the cores (2) and threads (4) really let it down.

  • @ROBLOXingHabbo *note to self dont get an i3 laptop

it still sucks even though its at 3.5?

  • your computer: 50 fps

    my computer: 0,5 fps

  • Did you overclock the phenom ?

  • @KoshyHD depending on ambient temperatures it ranges from 3Ghz to about 3.6Ghz.

If its more than 26C in my room I underclock it so the fans make less noise, while during cooler periods I can ramp up the multiplier.

  • @invisible0tom I mean during this video , the most you can get on the default voltage as far as I know is 3.8 so why not run that constantly , as long as it stays under 62 celsius your relatively safe , from what i've read anyway

  • @KoshyHD I still use the stock cooler as I don't see any point buying one for the two months left before I go to university, and so i does get very hot sometimes.

During this video it was at 3.5Ghz

  • @invisible0tom Yeah it can run on stock cooler at 3.8 but I could be wrong , you clearly no a lot more about computers than me , i'm a bit of a noob , lol :)

    Thanks :)

  • Wow those mods really made the game look that much more amazing...

I didn't notice a jagged texture on site... what was the amount anti-aliasing you used when playing this?

I've looked at the settings on nv inspector and they offered something like 128x

  • @pilebomber I didn't use any AA but video compression has taken out a lot of the noise and any jaggies.

I do have a ATi graphics card which produces white lines around blocks when AA is forced.

  • I now have a new goal in life.

To go back in time and show this to a Atari 2600 owner.

  • @Enthernal0 you should show him crysis 1 with photrealism mod .... he would loose his shit !

  • @Enthernal0 dude. once we get time travel... SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO ABUSE IT!

  • awesome, i'm thinking about getting a similar setup (x4 955, 4gb ram, 5770), how is it with TNT explosions?

  • @JWK35 well I almost crashed it when I blew a whole inventory full of tnt, but a stack of 64 brings my fps down to about 88fps from 130fps so it copes pretty good!

  • wanna push it more to the limits? use mo creatures mod and more creeps and weirdos

  • @sakon183 at the time they weren't compatible and anyway my aim was to push it visually not just by adding more mobs

  • what makes me sad is that almost no HD texture pack features the good shaders... parallax mapping, etc.

  • @DeathScytheBR try a few of these:

    daxnitro(.)wikia(.)com(/)wiki(/)Texture_Packs_(Shaders)

    take out the "/"

ofc you will need the GLSL shader mod too

  • What Texture pack?

  • @Xnox21a link is in the description

  • Q: Tom how much was your pc (without the monitor)... because im buying a gaming pc and ... damn this is awesum

  • @MrBunnyFlesh Well I upgraded my pc which I got about 5 years ago so I haven't bought new a case since then but apart from that I spent about £600 on my current CPU, ram, GPU, HDD and motherboard which you can see in the description (I just got another 4GB of RAM last week though).

You can get a pc much faster than this for £600 now though as most of my pc is over a year old.

If you need help just ask

  • @invisible0tom Thnx man.. subbed liked fav... (y)

  • how many fps?

  • @killimig99 ranged from 60-130fps

  • Minecraft should have a moon realm. You'd have to collect a lot of materials to build a rocket and travel there. Notch would have to put in a new element like oil for fuel and you could power it by gathering electricity from lightning or a hydroelectric dam. The minerals on the moon would have to be really special though and carry a huge roll on the Minecraft earth. If anyone else thinks this is a good idea thumbs up the comment and copy and paste it to many other Minecraft videos. Thank

  • now thats what i call minecraft (soz bout 2 posts i hit go by accident on my ipod)

  • try doing this with the mod

  • piece of shit }:) using hi-def texture packs

  • @Kingdomfire551 what is the meaning of that?

  • @invisible0tom I DONT KNOW! lol, :P ur just lucky is all, i bought a pc 1 month ago, its a 2011 PC and it cant run any of these texture packs :/

  • @Kingdomfire551 what are the specs of it?

  • @invisible0tom no idea, how do i check?

  • @invisible0tom try increasing your java memory

  • @Kingdomfire551 try increasing your java memory

  • what song is it? this is so great! like trance, but more tranquill

  • @alexisocornor its in the description and if you like this check out my drum and bass playlist

  • @alexisocornor it's drum and bass.

  • Woah same specs as me, except i got a 32bit

  • seed?

  • How come you don't use Better Grass?

  • @InfernosDiablos it was incompatible with minecraft enhanced, the tops of grass blocks lost the biome specific colour and resorted to greyscale.

  • Unfortnately there are 256x256 packs so 128x128 is not taxing.

  • @adamtheamazi the 256 pack crashed my game when loading it, before I even got into the game so it wasn't compatible with something.

  • @invisible0tom The 256 pack is probably too much memory for your Java. They are no differences between the packs just the resolutions of the textures, so you would'nt and shouldn't have mod incompatabilties.

  • @adamtheamazi well a while back in beta 1.3 I tried the 256 pack and it worked but i didn't like it as it was too noisy so I got rid but it did work so i can only assume it didn't work with the double view distance.

  • what game is this again? jk but really this is awesome it looks real life like...if it wernt blocky i might have trouble telleing if this was a game or a recording in real life XD

  • Crisis 3 ? xD

  • awesome

  • im surprised your computer never blew up!

  • SPECS OF PC???????

  • @ZenkzyHD in the description

  • @invisible0tom im not trying it but look on my channel and tell me if my pc will run this?

  • @ZenkzyHD apart from the processor your pc is better so yes it would run it.

  • @invisible0tom shall i oc to 3.4 or 5ghz?

  • @ZenkzyHD it will be very hard to overclock to 5GHz without expensive cooling so try around 3.4GHz

  • @ZenkzyHD lol i ment 3.5 :D

  • @ZenkzyHD well as a general rule start off low and increase it until it the Pc crashes due to the thermal switch which isnt dangerous. from that point lower it a bit and that will be your maximum overclock.

  • @invisible0tom ok can you recommend any software (preferably free) that does the job and is easy to use :) pm me with the link

  • @ZenkzyHD From my own personal experience the best way is to use the BIOS to increase the clock ratio. I find I can get a higher overclock with the BIOS while still being stable than when using software.

  • @invisible0tom cool ill have a look.

  • @ZenkzyHD yeah imma oc to 3.4

  • Hi does the overclock help cause i have a x6 1055T and i cant get more than 20 fps on 128 x 128 on LB and i allocated 2048MB of RAM to minecraft

  • @carloskillix You really shouldn't be getting 20fps in minecraft with a 5770 even if you are running mods. I got almost 60fps with the 128x128 texture, wild grass and double view distance.

At the moment I'm just running a 32x32 texure pack and 3.32GHz gives me 170fps while 3.52GHz gets about 175fps so the difference is negligible.

backup saves and delete the whole minecraft folder then run minecraft to redownload it as 20fps is not right for your system.

  • this is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • have you seen the sky !? *.*

  • @miou009 its a mod :3

  • @xXNintenmanXxo3o ah sorry i was talking with my brother about a texture pack so that i wrote "texture pack" :D of course i mean mod :D sorry :D

  • fuckin' awesome texture pack ! love it !

  • 2:44 fail i laughed so hard xD

no, its really awesome, best pack ewa!

  • @Fur1ousable is hard to judge distances when F1 is on for some reason XD

    thanks

  • AWESOME! I love it :DD

  • tell me please the title of the song :D

  • Ossum...

  • Graphics from Crysis...

  • I'm more interested in the actual map. Do you happen to have a copy of it I could download?

  • @Sampoleon its the Glacier seed

  • @invisible0tom just type "glacier?"

  • @Sampoleon its case sensitive so make sure it is exactly Glacier

  • CAN YOU SHOW US THE NETHER?

  • Song/?

  • How is it so smooth looking? I cant get my minecraft to look that way with even the 256 version

  • @zwieldin do you mean framerate or texture smoothness?

  • @invisible0tom well it just seems like in the video it is way smoother than what im actually getting, texture smoothness and fps. IDK it just seems Softer. I get like 96 fps with the 256 pack and i have 4 gigs allocated to java and a gtx 580. Shouldnt be any issues it just Looks different in the video that what im actually getting haha

  • @invisible0tom Also there are no working view distance mods right now with the latest update sadly

  • @invisible0tom I would like to know about the anti-aliasing you seem to have on there, when I look into a mountain or something it all looks pixelated. Textures are fine with me though.

  • @ConfusingGamer the video was shot at 1920x1200 and compressed down to 720p which gives it an anti-aliasing effect, but the distance does look very pixelated when I play.

  • @invisible0tom grrrr I hope Notch puts that in if he doesn't I'll eat him! But I have found something interesting if you're using open GL which you're obviously using, it's called Rivatuner I don't know how to use it though :/
