M3 E36 SMG Test

I love Japanese car videos.

Can someone please explain this SMG test to me? There are 3 runs in this test.

Is nr 1 the 'economy' mode on the SMG?

Nr 2 'sport' mode?

Nr 3 'tiptronic' (push lever to switch gears)?

Very curious about it so i hope somebody can explain or translate it to english.

The 1st and the 3rd run with Sport Mode

The 2nd run in eco/autom. mode.

Now i understand this test allot better. Never tried the smg sport mode. Today is a good day to try it out ;)

I had SMG too, but doesn`t work.

I drove only with Sport Mode.

The eco Mode was a fault.
