I have the de tuning problem big time, i have good strings, they dont snap even if i bend them as much as i can, but they detune way to often.

its more that likely ur nut. chances r ur strings r getting caught in the grooves. Id recommend getting it professionaly looked at if thats the prob. Before u do that though make sure ur ALWAYS tuning UP to the note as this allows the string to stretch out. If u dont the string might get caught in the nut and as soon as you bend ur string it will pull through and go out of tune again. Hope that helps i had a similar prob.

does the brand of strings you use determine how far you can bend it before it either breaks or falls out of tune, because i see him bending it like really high and i dont know if i could do that on my guitar without em breaking or de-tuning

If you get really cheap strings then yeah. My strings are 10's and I bend them a LOT and they don't go out of tune or snap. :)

for the most part it's ok. if you listen more closely you'll notice that he stacattos some notes and mutes a lot of the low notes. the feel changes when the song sounds a little more hic-cup-like.

very nice... I just bought one of those vintage mahogany gibson guitars at MF, it's such a steal with the burstbucker pros, and while it isn't flashy, it has the tone and I'm not afraid to scratch it, which means I actually play it.

600? is it new or refurnished? mine was 800 brand new. anyways can you give me some tips on how to keep the other strings quiet when you bend the string in between. alot of time i get like dead or muted sound that's loud enough to annoy me. i use my palm and left hand fingers to rest of unplayed strings but when bending i still make dead sounds when my bending fingures bend and release.

It might be your strings are too far off your fret board. Another thing may be that when you're bending your finger is going under the nearby strings. It could be both too. If your strings aren't too high then try keeping the nearby strings under your fingers but don't depress them cause you'll still get that annoying extra unwanted noise. Sometimes those sounds aren't too bad, a lot of live performances from guitarists have that when they bend so don't feel too bad about it. Hope this helped.
