it's easier if you take a tissue and place it on your mouth, then take some of the HD powder and lay it on top of the tissue (this will not make your lip-color white

I would wear this lip out, but my husband will flip out ... I have Neon Orange and another orange from MAC, but I pair them up with NYX Natural Lipliner and I just pat the lipstick on my lips and apply an orange gold gloss. This lip with Brule on the lids and winged out liner looks great. I use MAC Eversun Blush on the cheeks. (My wearable orange lips look)

The camera makes it look more red, but I have a picture in my head of how it would look in person. I love orange lips! I've been wearing them for about the past yr, but not all the time cause it is pretty bright! My favorite it Makeup Forever # 40. Also love MUFE #39 which is a step down in brightness from #40, and is more of an orang creamsicle/ peach color. Looks great on you though!
