@neglectedreject Im sorry you feel that way about horses. But its not my fault your mother is in the marines or army. Thats yours and hers not mine. I love people to, But horses are more important to me because everyday there are less because of horse slaughter. People can reproduce any day or the week but horses and animals dont that have a cycle or mating season that have to follow. So its a lot harder for them to reproduce. @horsesrule925 did you know that Nevada has over 33,000 wild horses and land that can only hold 5,700 horses? that is a large over population of horses in an already harsh environment...what kind of impact on the environment do you think that will have? horses are not a native species to north America, the impact that they have on the environment is detrimental to other species that are native. I'm sorry to say this but read up on horses (they reproduce like rabbits!!!!!)

Read a book; horses are not native to North America and they do actually reproduce like rabbits! horses put such a tax on the land that they exhaust resources that are crucial for native species to survive (endangered species!) horses are not endangered.

I hate to sound like a horrible person, but I do understand horse slaughter. I don't believe any horse should be slaughtered the way they are. I live in FL where there are no slaughter houses for horses. Since the law preventing them in FL, It has greatly affected our "Horse World". Horses are being let go on highways, being shot by their owners,are being starved to death and much worse. You can get free horses extremely easily. Broke horses, copetition horses are all being killed.

when im old enough, im gonna make my own company to stop horse slaughter!! these horses r God's creation and these ppl dont get it. even if they cant race or be ridden cuz maybe of old age or weak legs, they still deserve to live their best lives as possible. those slaughterers think theyre doing it for 'the over population of animals', but seriously, if they think those horses r 'savage, barbaric animals', then those slaughterers r 10 times as savage and barbaric than all the animals!

i cant wait until i get oler. i am goin to save horses. it has been my dream to help those poor animals since i was 4. every year i hve told my mom i am another year closer to saving horses and being with the animals i have loved. my mom supports me on everything i do. i save money everyday to help build my place. i have actually designed my whole place. every type of horse no matter what will be welcomed at my place when i build it. i wont stand and watch horses get slaughtered.

i just watched a tv show on horse slaughter and they will use a device for cows for horses and it will take a few shots for them to die and in mexico they will take a knife and stab the spinal corde with a knife to paralize them but it doesnt get it on the first try nore does does it die and when they use the gun for cows some horses arent even dead when they are hug by 1 leg to bleed out

No animal deserves to be slaughtered, and that goes for horses, too. This video shows just how stupid man really is. You show just how horrible we really are. Its just like murdering another person when you kill an animal. Its not just horses I'm talking about, though-wolves, sharks, snakes are all being killed, too. We need to pay more attention to the things around us and be grateful for what we have instead of what we think we need to get rid of.
